For tangible products:

The license applies to both digital and non-digital uses (such as web templates, posters, t-shirts, stickers, etc.). However, you may not resell the files themselves or provide them for free; nor can you include them in any other product where they can be extracted in their original form (such as vector shapes, elements, or fonts). The files should always be flattened into the background or object within your digital item.

You may use items from Mimozastudio.com to design tangible products, like t-shirts, posters, mugs, phone covers, etc., for sale in your own physical or online store! There's no need to modify the graphics – you can use them as is if you want, although we advise making at least minor adjustments to create something unique.

If you want to use our files in POD website or any other marketplaces your customers MUST NOT receive source files!

For digital products:

You can use items from mimozastudio.com to design digital items for sale, but there are some limitations:

1. Your customers must not be able to extract the items from your artwork.

2. You may not falsely represent that you are the original creator of a work that is made up largely of licensed content. E.G.: You cannot create a painting based solely on licensed content and claim that you are the author.

3. You may not resell or redistribute photo images in a way that is seen to compete directly with the original product creator. E.g.: Reselling a photo as a downloadable stock photo on websites like Etsy or Shutterstock or placing it on a free photo download website.
